Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pkmart.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We ship your ordered goods to you through a courier company. Sometimes you may face difficulties due to carelessness on the part of the courier company representative. These problems and their solutions are as follows.

1: Whenever you receive the goods, make a video of opening the packing so that you can show the reduction or broken goods in the video. Your video company will accept as proof of loss of goods or claim of broken goods.

2: Before using any product, get the details of its use from internet or book so that the product is not spoiled by misuse. Be sure to make a video of the first use of the product so that in case of any problem you can give us the details in the form of video.

3: The company cannot offer you a warranty claim on any verbal claim over the phone (ie without proof). So follow the instructions above so you have video evidence.

4: In case of return of goods for any reason, the courier fee will not be refunded or adjusted.

5: All the terms of the warranty claim are applicable within 3 days of product delivery. No claim will be accepted after three days.

6: If you want to return a product within three days, there will be a 25% discount.

7: The company reserves the right to make any changes to the terms of the warranty claim.
